Be the first to welcome our runners and walkers. Volunteers will check name lists and handout race bibs and hoodies to runners. Volunteers will need good organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Details

Volunteers will help ensure the multi-purpose room is set up and race ready including goodies for participants, pre-race water and post-race refreshments. They will make sure all sponsors and beneficiaries of the event have what they need. This includes setting up tables, signage and the main stage for the final award ceremony. Some moderate lifting may be required.

Start / Finish Support

Details

Setup the Start Line and organize runners to assist with the race start. After runners start, volunteers are needed to transform the Start Line to the Finish Line. This involves handing out finisher ribbons and guiding runners through the finish.

After the awards assist in breaking down tables and packing up left overs food and goodies. Assist in returning the multipurpose room to the way it looked pre-race. This task may require some light lifting.
